Mitch Burgess is a fine actor. He's a star in the Freakishly Fine Film Firmanent, if you don't mind the alliteration. So far he's played a Riverview inmate, a homeless boozer, a sleazy phone-dating guy (with a villa in Venice-uela), a pirate, a grade five student, and a sentimental bank robber. In Stand-Up he'll be a crazy killer, and in a film that's in the works, a sadistic prison guard (although he doesn't know it yet). Why does he play crazy people at the dregs? He likes it. Mitch is one of those actors who can blow you away with his performance, and still be there at 10pm to help load the truck.
